On this bottling line has been installed a programmer of sections of adhesive COMPACT-PLUS/E, because of the variability of the line/production speed. For the same reason it has been installed also a custom board for the control of the proportional valve of the applicator pump. The proportional valve adjusts the air pressure on the input of the applicator pump to the line speed, allowing to maintain constant the amount of adhesive applied on the package. In this way, adhesive accumulations are avoided at low speed and shortage of adhesive is avoided at high speed.

Furthermore it has been installed a control and processing board for fast applications MC-PLC (see example 1)

On this line there is also an automatic loader for adhesive granules EASY-CHARGE, that load a Hot-Melt applicator with a 16 Kg tank. This is the first EASY-CHARGE installed (december 2006).
