System for adjusting and positioning sections of adhesive, suitable for all applications in the packaging and assembly industries (box closing, labelling etc.).
Thanks to its precision and reaction speed, it is particularly suitable for use on fast infeed lines or in rather critical applications, on both constant speed lines and variable speed lines.

The MC-PRG1 programmer features the possibility to increase the number of channels controlled, simply by adding one or more expansion modules PRG1-EXP, which are each capable of managing 2 channels completely independently.
All the operational parameters and work sizes can be set on a PC with PRG1-COM software or on the MC-TRM1 terminal in the T version (for Timer-controlled lines) or E version (for Encoder-controlled lines).
The MC-PRG1 programmer offers many innovative features:

High quantity of glue sections/pauses managed (8 sections and 8 pauses)

High number of sizes (16 to which a name of 8 digits can be assigned, each of which allowing quicker identification)

Modular design, so that you can decide the number of channels (guns or other actuators) from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 by adding an expansion module PRG1-EXP

Possibility to use an independent spray starting sensor (trigger) for each gun

Possibility to work in either timer mode (sections of adhesive/pauses managed in milliseconds, typical in constant speed lines) or in encoder mode (sections of adhesive/pauses managed in millimetres for fixed or variable speed lines).

Outstanding versatility in view of the use of sensors (PNP or NPN sensors can be used)

A full diagnosis system for indicating the status of the system (Off, On, Error, etc) and for easily identifying the anomaly triggered via an error code that is displayed directly on the display of the MC-TRM1 terminal or on the PC with PRG1-COM software.

A full test procedure that checks the efficiency of the guns and the spraying control sensors statically (with the line at a standstill)

Possibility to use a password of 1 to 5 figures to protect the operational and size parameters programmed.

Possibility to interface with other systems: via 3 outputs, you can manage the alarm and system on/off conditions.
