This is a particular of EASY-CHARGE.
On the right you can see the output hose from which are expelled the granules of adhesive. Also note the electronic control unit EASY-LOGIC.
EASY-LOGIC has a switch on / off, very useful for Easy-charge with more than one channel output. By this switch it is possible to disable the channel that mustn't be used (for example, in production stops) keeping unchanged the operation of the remaining sections. On the left is visible the table of error codes relating to the diagnosis which is equipped EASY-CHARGE. Through this diagnostic you can quickly identify what type of problem caused the error (hose blocked, low air pressure, empty tank, etc.).

This is a particular of the hopper mounted on the applicator tank.
The hopper is coated with PTFE, that decrease the grip of granules and makes easier the cleaning operation.
