This video shows how an abrasive assembly line works. The section displayed shows the end part related to the gluing of the abrasives on the plastic support bases. The complete line is made up of the following sections:

- Joining device between the abrasive baking oven and the assembly line (Pick & Place)

- Lacquering of the abrasives through immersion in the tank containing the protection resin (this resin protects 5 of the 6 sides of the abrasives)

- UV oven for catalysing the protection resin

- Final gluing of the plastic supports

Advantages offered by the automatic line:

- Improved protection of the abrasives against water on 5 of the 6 sides (sides and base)

- Increased productivity of the line

- Fewer line operators

Details of the Hot-Melt system:

- MELTON C4/1 applicator (4 Kg tank / 1 output) equipped with the level sensor LEVEL-CAP

- Slim Hot-Melt gun with 1 module SE with integrated filter
