The LEVEL-CAP sensor is a level meter for fluid, granular or powder products capable of measuring in conditions of very high temperatures (up to 200°C).
It can be used with electrically conductive substance like water, and with isolating products, such as oil or hot-melt glue.
LEVEL-CAP is made up of 2 units:
- Probe CAP-SENSOR
- Logic board CAP-LOGIC
PROBES CAP-SENSOR
Two type of probes are available, both operating with the same logic board CAP-LOGIC.

Probe CAP-SENSOR/EX
The CAP- SENSOR/EX consists of a main casing, measuring 80 mm in length.
The length of the electrode can be customised thanks to the innovative modular system made up of extensions of 200 mm each: multiple lengths can be obtained.
On request, sensors with customised lengths and PTFE insulation can be made.

Probe CAP-SENSOR/125
The CAP- SENSOR/125 has a standard length electrode of 125 mm, completely insulated with PTFE also for using with conductive substances.

LEVEL-CAP is easily interfaced and integrated with pre-existent systems, thanks to the presence of numerous outputs for various requirements:
- Low level output with NC/NO potential-free relay
- Analogue output 0-10V / 0-20mA customizable and proportional to the level
- Current loop serial output for interfacing with special systems (like EASY-CHARGE feeder)

LEVEL-CAP is also available in the version for external assembly (such as for the automatic feeder for adhesive granules EASY-CHARGE ) with the logic board in its case:
