Thisvideo shows how a packaging line works, which utilises a double gluing system (hot-melt + cold glue).

The system, which has been running for some years with just the hot-melt gluing system due to new production requirements, was no longer able to ensure the correct closure of the packs, which tended to open again if subjected to high temperatures.

To resolve this problem, we added a cold adhesive gluing system, exploiting the fluids transfer system FLJ57.
Considering the high production speed and precision requested, the cold adhesive gun is managed by a programmer for sections of adhesive COMPACT-PLUS and a driver board with over-boost HVEVSSR.
