The MC-PALLET system is designed to resolve problems related to applications in which hot-melt adhesive is used to guarantee rigidity in stacking packages (i.e. stabilization of pallets), so that materials that create disposal problems can be eliminated (i.e. metal straps), with considerable economic and environmental benefits.

 

The logic controller automatically alternates packages not to be glued (belonging to the top layer of the stack) and those to be glued (positioned on the bottom layers).

 

The illustration below shows a typical application of the pallet stabilization system with hot-melt adhesive.

Thanks to the system display you can check the number of packages that have gone through, their state (glued or not glued) and enter all the operating parameters. MC-PALLET also allows you to manually change the number of pieces that have gone through, so that the operator can reset the system if one or more of the packages conveyed should be rejected. The system also has a disabling input that is used to disable the conveyed piece control: in this way, for example, all the packages will receive adhesive in order to purge the guns. MC-PALLET is easily interfaced with the existent electronics, so that it can be easily integrated even on lines that are already working.
