The PRG1-Com software is used to set all the operating parameters required by the MC-PRG1 programmer operating in both operating modes (encoder or timer) on a PC. PRG1-Com is used to set work sizes (length of the adhesive sections and pauses, name of size) with possibility to save on disk, to send data to the printer and to transfer the parameters from PC to MC-PRG1 and vice versa.

PRG1-Com also has a complete diagnosis procedure used to check the efficiency of the spray starting sensors (trigger) of the outputs and of the encoder.

If the system is used in encoder mode, PRG1-Com is used to set the operational parameters (data related to the encoder, minimum and maximum working speed, gun compensations) either manually or via automatic teach-in.
