This video shows how a semi-automatic line works for producing sticky traps for insects.

The operator inserts the supports of the insect catchers manually on the infeed belt, which conveys them to the sticky adhesive spreading section. On the line outlet, the operator picks-up the sticky strip and packs it for subsequent use.

The coating gun is managed by a programmer for sections of adhesive COMPACT-PLUS/E that ensures the consistency of the results, even if the line speed varies.
