The pictures that follow refer to a gluing system produced by Emmeci Elettronica for a customer who needs to glue a bag containing a spout on a 3 or 5 litre canister (2 different sizes depending on production needs).

The system uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive that is able to glue the plastic bag to the canister.

The use of a nozzle with 2 holes on the gun increases the gluing surface between the canister and the bag, guaranteeing correct coupling.

The gluing station and the hot-melt system are fitted on a trolley to ensure quick and easy repositioning. The trolley used offers the same advantages as the trolley MB-OM for manual Hot-Melt systems or rather, its easy access to all parts of the system for both operation and maintenance and an ample shelf underneath where the adhesive can be kept near the machine, facilitating use.

View of the system on the right-hand side. The steel shelf for positioning the canisters can be seen as well as the 2 double enabling buttons for activating the gun and the photocell that stops spraying if the canister is missing during the process (fitted on the red bracket). This last solution avoids the gun from activating accidentally, which could soil the shelf. You can also see the protection guard for the gun, which protects the operator against scalding in the case of accidental contact.

View of the front side. You can see the adjustment knobs of the height of the gun and shelf.

The black/red knob selects the size to be used and therefore the quantity of adhesive applied.
