EASY-CHARGE is an automatic loader for granular adhesive capable of meeting the most demanding of needs in terms of reliability, low noise emission, modular features and compatibility for the most popular hot-melt systems on the market.
Thanks to EASY-CHARGE you can drastically cut down on carbonization problems in the tank, safeguarding line operators by reducing contact with hot glue and maintaining a constant level of melted glue to avoid unwanted production stoppages.
The full diagnosis function allows you to easily understand the status of the system and quickly identify any anomalies present (tank empty, cover open, no pneumatic pressure etc.) with the possibility to activate an output to pilot optical and/or acoustic alarms.
The modular feature of EASY-CHARGE means that it can take up to 2 lines simultaneously and completely independently.

Why choose EASY-CHARGE:
- It is easy to install on new and existent systems, because all it needs is an electrical and pneumatic supply line, without any calibrations in particular.
- Innovative nozzle feeding system, thanks to the “granule milling” motor, even compact adhesives are broken up and drawn by a powerful Venturi pump. The feeding system is silent because there is no pneumatic vibrator, which has been replaced by the more effective “granule milling” system.
- Modular feature of the loader that allows you to connect up to a maximum of 2 systems independently to the same tank making EASY-CHARGE a truly economic and versatile system.

HOPPER FILTER
EASY-FIL
The optional EASY-FIL filter can be installed on any EASY-CHARGE system and it prevents the infiltration of small particles or dust in the tank of the applicator. It also does away with the fumes generated by the melted glue in the workplace.
The filter is particularly suited for rather dusty workplaces where pollutants could leak in through the small aeration holes in the hopper (i.e. sugar, salt, flour, adhesive for the building trade etc.).

REPEATER UNIT
EASY-RPT
Thanks to this repeater unit, you can double the length of the pipe that connects EASY-CHARGE to the hopper compared to the traditional limited distance.

EASY-LIFT
Thanks to this strong support in stainless steel with height adjustable legs it's possible to keep EASY-CHARGE off the ground. It's an useful optional especially in environments where are made frequent washing.
